Jewels of Nuggets: THANKFUL TODAY

JEWELS OF NUGGETS FOR TODAY

A new day for me to start out again. what a joy it is to awake to the kiss of God’s love upon my breath. This day I walk in confidence knowing that God will surround me with His loving care and protection. Every decision, move I make, every thing I do in my day will be orchestrated by God from rising in the morning to lying down at the close of the day. And if I should miss the gentle voice of the Lord any time in my day, I pray Holy Spirit will guide me back to Him so I will seek Him for wisdom and understanding of what is before me to accomplish. The breath of life that God gave to me when He breath into my nostrils the living breath of life, makes me very thankful to know God and believe in Him as my God, the God of the universe, and I am thankful that my life is in Jesus Christ, I am filled with the joy of the Lord, and I am on my way to spent eternity in heaven with my Lord. I say to my Lord “Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders”? (Exodus 15:11) He has brought me through many things to victory in my life. He will do the same for all who believe.

  • “Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name YAH, and rejoice before Him”. (Psalms 68:4)

I stand today in the blessing of God. He is the one who brings health, wealth, people of kingdom work to me, opportunities for improvement in my life, in others life, and in the kingdom of God. The Lord continues to bless my family with their needs, and I am thankful to Him for answering my prayer. The Lord blessed my father in pass time in the land from day to day, and when the end came there was no great inheritances to call my own, but God gave my father his greatness of the land. God was his provider. And God appointed our father to minister before Him. He stood in the church of God and ministered the Holy words of Jehovah God. Just as it was done in the days of David when the ark of the Lord was placed in the tabernacle at Jerusalem. “And he appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of the Lord, and to record, and to thank and praise the LORD God of Israel: (1Chronicles 16:4). It is a blessing to work in the vineyard of the master, serving Him, rejoicing in Him, and giving thanks to Him for His many blessing.

  • “For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. (Matthew 20:1)
  • Now when he had agreed with the laborers for denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. (Matthew 20:2)

This landowner went out three more time and hired laborers at the 3rd. hour, sixth and the ninth hour. And then he went out at the eleventh hour and found others standing idle, and he hired them to work in his vineyard.

  • So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first. (Matthew 20:8)

And when the ones that came about the eleventh hour were paid each the same as the ones that came last they complained against the landowner, because they said the men who worked only one hour was paid the same as they who worked all day in the hot sun. The landowner said, friend, I am not doing you no wrong, he said, I paid you a denarius like we agree upon.

The moral of this story is: Be thankful for what God blesses you with, take your blessing and be thankful. The good landowner said, he wish to give to the last man the same as he gave to the first. God, who is good gives to all by His own “will” God holds everything, even your future. And He know what is best for you. Sometime the things you desire is not what the Lord have for your life, because your life destination was formed before the foundation of the world, even before you were born, so, God know your beginning and end purpose, you have a purpose for living, you have a destiny. This parable show how people, even Christian can turn greedy and envious of what their neighbor have and miss out on God’s blessing for their own lives. The landowner told the ones who was complaining that, “he said”: “Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?” So, I say, do you envy God for being good when He bless others with what “you think” is better than what he blessed you with? “God’s “will” will be done, on earth as it is in heaven”. God commands you not to covet what your neighbor have, if their house, car, yard or family appears to be better blessed, or whatever materials gains they may have, that’s their lot in life, and God is over it all. “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife: and you shall not desire your neighbor’s house, his field, his male servant, his female servant, his ox, his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s” (Deuteronomy 5:21). Be thankful and count your blessing God has given to you.

God is good and greatly to be praise, I can sing with joy of His goodness because He has loved me while I was yet in sin, for He sent His Son Jesus Christ to pardon my sins. “The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29) Rejoice because you are saved, not of your works, but by the completed work of Jesus Christ. Rise and thank God for your salvation, Jesus came to save all who will believe in Him for forgiveness of their sin. Thankfulness to the Lamb of God, for we will spend eternity around the throne of God praising the Lamb of God, worthy, worthy, worthy is the Lamb of God. It does not matter where or when you accept Jesus Christ in your life, and receive salvation and be baptized, just come, today is the time. In (Matthew 20:16,) we read, “So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen”. Just come unto the Lord, don’t wait, come, time doesn’t matter, if it is early in the morning, if it is at noon day, if is late in the evening, come unto the Lord. God is the one who gives out blessing, He will give you a good place in the kingdom of heaven, around His throne, and the last will be first.

O what a happy day when I return to the Tabernacle of God to worship and give praise to His Holy, awesome name. I clap my hands, and with my voice I sing and praise Him, I lift my hands and give God the glory, magnify His Holy name and I say to my soul what a mighty God I serve, for the Spirit of God dwells in my heart, and I know the joy of the Lord because His Spirit dwells with me, so then my body is the temple of the Lord.

“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own”? (1 Corinthians 6:19)

“For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. (1 Corinthians 6:20)

Praise The Lord!!!
