PSALM 142:1-7
JEWELS OF NUGGETS
O Lord, I am here in this cold place no one know me and I cry out to you mighty God. I look up to you from where my help come. For I look to the hills from where my help come, for you are there to help me Lord, the heavens testify of your power and glory, I know you care for me mighty God, come see about me.
- I cried unto the Lord with my voice; with my voice unto the Lord did I make my supplication.

With my voice Lord I make my supplication to you. Here me now my Lord for you care for me. I will make it all known to you and you will give me peace.
2. I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble.

O Lord, I have emptied myself out to you, for you know all of my trouble. When everyone leave me and not consider my life there is one thing that I know I can always trust in you.
3. when my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knew my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me.

In this cold place, O Mighty God my spirit is overwhelmed within me. I feel so alone, there is no one that cares for me. Lord you know my path, and I feel your warm embrace calming my spirit. For my enemies have secretly laid snares for me to stubble and fall. But my help is found in you God, you shall uphold me.
4. I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.

I looked and I saw people all around me and I realized they knew my name, but they did not know the soul that you created in me O Mighty God. They did not know me and I found no help from them, there was no refuge for me, no one cared for my soul. “Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us”. Psalm 62:8
5. I cried unto thee, O Lord: I said, thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

Then O Lord my spirit rejoiced in me, and then It rejoiced again for I had found deliverance in the time of trouble. You are my portion, my refuge and my deliver in the land of the living. I walk in the land of the living with you Lord, for you are wind beneath my soul. “And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”. Philippians 4:7
6. Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.

God, my Mighty Lord, I know that you will help me. Come to me, hear my cry, for this cold place has brought me very low. My persecutors wants to see me dead, there are many of them and they are stronger than I. Lord, I am weak but your strength is made perfect in my weakness.
7. Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me.
JEWELS OF NUGGETS
You are the wind beneath my soul, come see about me and bring my soul out of prison. I am filled with joy because you are my refuge and the deliver of my soul, my soul wants to praise you. The righteous shall come around me from North to South, and East to West and they shall care for me. For you Lord shall delivery me and bountifully restore to me. Then I shall praise your name, I shall praise your name, I will have a testimony of how the Lord delivered me!
